SellThis Brand ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our platform at sellthisbrand.com and app.sellthisbrand.com.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. Billing information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. API keys: If you provide your own Keepa, OpenAI, or SmartLead API keys, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and never transmitted to third parties. Usage data: We collect data about how you use the platform (ASINs uploaded, brands analyzed, outreach events logged) to operate the service and improve it. Log data: Our servers automatically record IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the SellThis Brand platform. • Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe. • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts). • Respond to support requests. • Monitor and improve platform performance and security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to deliver the platform: • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management (stripe.com/privacy) • Keepa — Amazon product data API (keepa.com) • OpenAI — AI-powered brand enrichment (openai.com/privacy) • MongoDB Atlas — cloud database hosting (mongodb.com/privacy) • Hetzner — VPS and object storage infrastructure (hetzner.com/legal/privacy) Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). • API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (10 rounds) — we cannot recover your password. • Access to production systems is restricted and logged. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@sellthisbrand.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of such a request, except where we are required by law to retain it.
