Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SellThis Brand platform ("Service") operated by SellThis Brand ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SellThis Brand is a SaaS platform that helps Amazon wholesale sellers discover and analyze brands using Keepa API data and OpenAI-powered enrichment, and manage outreach through a built-in CRM pipeline. The Service is accessed via app.sellthisbrand.com.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $19.90/month (or the equivalent price shown at the time of purchase). Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within the first 3 days of your initial subscription. Refund requests after this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@sellthisbrand.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amazon's Terms of Service. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in unauthorized ways. • Share your account credentials with others. • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email (spam). • Abuse the Keepa or OpenAI API allocations included in your plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
6. Third-Party API Keys
If you provide your own API keys (Keepa, OpenAI, SmartLead), you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those providers. We will not be liable for any charges, suspension, or termination of third-party accounts resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by SellThis Brand and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes during your active subscription. Your data (ASINs, brands, outreach records) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. Keepa data and AI-generated brand information are provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellThis Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
